Text-messaging terms
New Roots offers optional text messages for specific requests. You choose whether to receive them. Message and data rates may apply.
Public inquiry confirmations
If you check the text-confirmation box and submit the inquiry form, you authorize New Roots to send one automated acknowledgment about that inquiry to the personal mobile number you entered. A new inquiry requires a new consent choice. This consent is optional and is not a condition of housing, admission, or services.
Confirmations identify New Roots and use your inquiry reference. They do not include your submitted message or detailed recovery information. The form shows when text confirmation is unavailable. Saving an inquiry does not guarantee that a text will reach your phone.
App sign-in codes
If you separately enroll your own phone in the New Roots app and request text sign-in, a verification provider sends a one-time code. The number of messages depends on the verification requests you make. Inquiry-form consent does not enable account sign-in, and signing in does not subscribe you to marketing.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from inquiry texts sent by that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@newrootssoberliving.com or 631-484-0344. To disable app text sign-in, sign in with your password and remove your verified phone in Account & sign-in.
Only enter a phone number you control. If you stop using that number, remove it from your account before transferring it to someone else. Text delivery depends on your mobile provider, coverage, and sender availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Read our privacy notice for how contact details, consent, and inquiry records are handled. Mobile information and consent are not shared for third-party marketing.
This is not an emergency messaging service. Call 911 for immediate danger or call/text 988 for crisis support in the U.S.
